  • Couple people talking behind me about relationships. I realized some never find a good fit, just like some people never find a good job. #
  • Some people find a job the love, do it forever and feel very fortunate. Must be the same for love. I guess both are relationships. #
  • One is the relationship of self with the world, while the other is a relationship of self with a single individual from the world. #
  • So the question becomes, is the failure at love the same as failure at a position? And is it the situation or the individual? #
  • I think it must be a combination of both, similar to the nature vs nurture debate. Sometimes you will just fail. #
  • And then it is probably a standard bell curve. Average distribution. And there are going to be those that are on the wrong side of median. #
  • I know people like that. They just can't find happiness. In anything. Must be on the long tail of the curve. #
  • In other news… Anonymous vs public vs personal profiles is rearing its ugly head in my org. Why some cannot make the delineation? #
  • This is my work profile (linkedin) this is my personal profile (facebook), this is my anon profile (blog). Why should they be linked? #
  • If you fear no reprecussions, then fine, do it and do it proudly. But if you can't handle the consequences, you should split em. #
  • If a future employer ran a search on my real name, I am fairly certain my anon profile would remain that. Unless they became determined. #
  • Because given enough time, you can pretty much find anything. #
  • Need to define not a policy about it (can't do that), but a code of conduct (act like this) for those that need the delineation. #
