This is the domain, referred to as Site (discardme.com), and content as created, edited, and posted by Sean Robin Hughes, referred to as Author. The author retains all rights to content, posts, and media posted on this site.

No comments are stored or enabled on this site. Email addresses submitted to the newsletter list are only used for ongoing updates or content releases, nothing more. No ads or email campaigns will ever be sent. Smashwords and Amazon may reach with my content, but it is because you used those websites and requested those updates in their marketing/communication settings.
Media
All media on this site is either used with permission or the author maintains all rights to posted media (book covers, etc).
Cookies
We don’t enable tracking cookies and do not track your behavior beyond basic metrics for bandwidth and sizing considerations for the operation of the site in providing site content.

We rarely embed content from other sites, but if we do, embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if you visited the other website directly. How long we retain your data
As long as you wish to be informed of updates, new content, and the like. Removal from the email list is automated and private, and you retain rights over your personal identifying information if any was at any point provided (which shouldn’t be the case). Any data provided to the domain owner would most likely be considered public information (only your provided name and email address).
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have sent communications to the owner, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
Your data is only used by discardme.com for security, authorization, and communications with the author. Any authorizations for payment or purchase of content is managed through Smashwords, Amazon, and Paypal. Those systems and platforms are not controlled or managed by discardme.com or the author.
